WITHDRAW CASH
You can withdraw cash from any ATM worldwide that displays the ”Cirrus” or ”Interlink” symbol. There is no service charge for the first four withdrawals per month at First Fidelity Bank ATMs and many other ATMs listed on our Web site. A $5 dollar fee will apply to each withdrawal after the fourth withdrawal. Other ATM owners may assess a surcharge or convenience fee. Cash withdrawal from an ATM is limited each day. Some ATM owners may also limit the amount of cash that may be withdrawn.
MAKE PURCHASES
Use your PayExpress card to make purchases at any merchant that accepts Visa. Many merchants will allow you to get cash back with your purchase. You can also make purchases online with your PayExpress card. ATM withdrawals and point-of-sale purchases have daily limits to minimize the possibility of losses.
PAY BILLS
You can pay all your bills anywhere Visa is accepted.
HOW IS MY ACCOUNT FUNDED?
Your provider will make a deposit into your PayExpress account on the due date. It is immediately available to you for cash or point-of-sale purchases. Only your provider can make deposits into your PayExpress account.
HOW CAN I BE SURE I RECEIVED THE CORRECT PAYMENT AMOUNT?

CAN I USE TELLER/COUNTER SERVICE AT FIRST FIDELITY BANK FOR PayExpress TRANSACTIONS?
PayExpress card transactions are only available at ATMs and point-of-sale (merchants).
HOW DO I ACCESS MY PayExpress ACCOUNT?
Instructions for activating the card and establishing your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be provided when you receive your PayExpress card.
DO I USE MY PayExpress AS A DEBIT CARD OR A CREDIT CARD?
PayExpress can be used as a signature-based debit card by pressing the ”Credit” key or as a PIN-based debit card by pressing the ”Debit” key.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PIN?
A PIN can be changed by calling 1-800-448-8268.
WHAT IF I OVERDRAW MY ACCOUNT?
There are fees that apply when an account is overdrawn. Be sure to familiarize yourself with all the fees that may apply by reviewing your account disclosure.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ACCOUNT BALANCE?
There are several ways to access your account information. Direct Line 24 is our 24/7 automated telephone banking system available in both English and Spanish.
  1. After selecting English or Spanish, press the ”1” key. Enter your account number and press the ”#” key.
  2. You will automatically hear your account balance. The first time you use Direct Line 24, enter your PIN, which is the last four digits of your social security number.
  3. You may change your Direct Line 24 PIN at any time by pressing the ”7” key and following the instructions.
  4. Your balance, transaction detail and monthly statement are all available through online banking at www.first-fidelity.com.

To request FFB Online access, contact Customer Service and you will be provided a user ID by e-mail.
Monthly Statement
Your monthly statement is available through FFB Online or by eStatement. You must first call Customer Service to obtain your log-in ID and password. Once you have accessed your online banking account, sign up for your monthly eStatement at no charge.
If you prefer a monthly paper statement, contact Customer Service to set up your service.
